The fastest way to go to Johor is by air transportation. The airport in Johor is known as Senai International Airport. It is located in the town of Senai, within the district of Kulai. It is 30 minutes ride to Johor Bahru. It serves as the main airport for southern part of Malaysia peninsular. The nearest airport to Johor besides Senai International Airport is Changi International Airport, which is located in Singapore. Johor and Singapore are near to each other.
Johor is located at the southern part of Malaysia Peninsular. The state is very well connected by land. If the travelers drive a car as a main transportation or take the bus, there are highways connecting Johor from the north called PLUS highway. Connecting from the east coast is quite challenging because there's still no highway connecting the southern part of Malaysia Peninsular to the east coast side of the peninsular.
